APPEAL under Order XXXVI Rule 1 of the Original Side Rules read with Clause 15 of the Letters Patent against the order dated 07.2.2014 in O.P.No.306 of 2010 filed under Section 25 of Guardians and Wards Act, 1890 read with Order XXI Rulses 2 and 3 of Original Side Rules praying to grant permanent Custody of the person of the minor child namely Arun Gowtham born on 05.03.2000 from the respondent to the petitioner.

2. We have heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the appellant h as made an endorsement through the chat box facility available in the video conferencing to the following effect : "Since the child was born on 05-03-2000 and has become major, the O.S.A. has become infructuous."
