Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the entire records connected with the impugned order in Memo.No. 020183/687/Adm 'A'/A2/2014-1 dated 8.12.2014, on the file of the third respondent and quash the same.

O R D E R

The order of suspension dated 8.12.2014 is under challenge in this writ petition. Pursuant to the interim order granted by this Court, the order of suspension was revoked and the writ petitioner had been reinstated into service. Thus, no further adjudication is required to be undertaken in respect of the grounds raised in this writ petition with regard to the regulation of the period of suspension. The writ petitioner is at liberty to submit a representation to the competent authority. With these observations, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
