O R D E R

The petitioner was informed by the Management by order dated 10.02.2015 that the appeal preferred by him challenging the appointment of P.Selvi was rejected by the first respondent. According to the petitioner, he has not filed any such appeal before the first respondent. The petitioner therefore submitted a representation dated 21.02.2015, requesting the first respondent to furnish a copy of the rejection order stated to have been passed by him. Since the said representation was not taken note of by the first respondent, the petitioner is before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader on behalf of respondents 1 to 3.

3. The first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 21.02.2015 on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
