It may have to be underscored that both the commissioners were appointed at different stages of this suit and they were appointed for different purposes. 3.Mr.M.Rahul Balaji, who shared his sentiments of the Court that the matter can be settled amicably, continues to share this optimism about it, but wants to keep the card close to his chest to weigh the quality of report the Commissioner Mr.V.G.Suresh Kumar is to file on 07.02.2022. 4.Post the matter on 22.02.2022.
