This Criminal Original Petition challenges the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Kallakurichi, in M.C.No.46/2009 dated 11.05.2009 under Section 311 Cr.P.C., permitting recall of witness towards marking the Birth Certificate of a child.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned counsel for respondents.

3. Learned counsel for respondents submitted that pursuant to the order under challenge, the process of reexamination of witnesses and marking of documents are completed.

4. Recording the submission of learned counsel for the respondent, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
