This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Certiorari, calling for records relating to the impugned order of the second respondent passed in Na.Ka.No.2323/2021/E3 dated 12.08.2021 and to quash the same.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
