Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to consider the representation dated 18.5.2023 thereby take appropriate action against the offenders and further recovery of public money owed to public bank ought to have been recovered. ORDER

(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.L.Infant Dinesh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, assisted by Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 3.

2. The writ petition, in a way, is filed for implementing the orders of this Court dated 11.12.2020 passed in W.P.No.14030 of 2020 (C.Ramasubramaniam, the Liquidator for Surana Corporation Limited, Chennai-2 v. The Inspector of Police, CBI, SPE-CB ACB, Chennai-6 and others).

3. In fact, for the same purpose, the Court would not pass multiple orders when orders are in force and, if according to the petitioner, the same are not being complied with, the avenue is open for the aggrieved party.

4. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
