Heard Mr.V.Elangovan for the petitioner and Mr.E.C.Ramesh, learned Standing Counsel who takes notice for the respondents.

2. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents to issue a site visit certificate as per his application dated 17.05.2025.

3. When the matter is taken up for admission, the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submit that the site visit certificate will be issued to the petitioner by today (20.05.2025) or by latest tomorrow (21.05.2025).

4. The said submission of the learned Standing Counsel is taken as an undertaking given by the first respondent to this Court and it is placed on record.

5. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected WMP is closed.
