ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- (The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 4(1)(a) 4(1-A) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act in Crime No.142 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that when the respondent police was on regular checkup, they found that the petitioner was in illegal possession of 14 litres of ID Arrack. Hence the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) opposed for granting of anticipatory bail by stating that petitioner was in illegal possession of 15 litres of ID Arrack. He further submits that there are three previous cases are pending against the petitioner.

5. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and also considering the fact that there are two previous cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
