These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 560 days in setting aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased second respondent in the above revisions.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides. The learned counsel for the respondents have no objection in ordering these petitions.

3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of these cases and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are accordingly, ordered.
