This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the Respondent police on first day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.17951 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.27688 of 2022 its order dated on 28.11.2022.

2. Heard. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
