These petitions have been filed to set aside the order of abatement caused due to the death of the deceased second respondent and to bring on record the proposed respondents as the legal representatives of the deceased second respondent/Venkatapathy in the above revision petitions.

2. Considering the nature of dispute between the parties, the abatement is liable to be set aside and the proposed respondents have to be recognized as the as legal heirs of the deceased second respondent Venkatapathy, to advance substantive justice.

3. Accordingly, these petitions are ordered.
