This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to proceed in accordance with the law as against the respondents 5 and 6, 2/5

pursuant to the complaint dated 05.03.2025.

2. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by either side, this Court directs the third respondent to hold enquiry after giving notice to the petitioner and the respondents 5 and 6. The said enquiry has to be conducted after giving personal hearing and dispose the same within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
