ORDER

The petitioner seeks for the filed for the following relief: "calling for the records in impugned order Na.Ka.5576/2017/F4 (Arbit) dated 12.03.2025 passed by the 1st Respondent and to quash the same and consequently direct the 1st Respondent to enhance the compensation of the petitioner to the same amount as similarly placed individuals from Ramenjeri village, Tiruvallur Taluk and District within the time frame prescribed by this Court."

2. The order impugned has to be challenged before the District Court at Thiruvallur invoking Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act. The petitioner shall file necessary petition by 09.06.2025.

3. With the above liberty, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 22-05-2025 Note to Registry: The original of the impugned order shall be returned to the counsel after obtaining usual endorsement.
