MATHIVANAN.J., These petitions have been filed under Section 151 of the code of Civil Procedure to permit the petitioners to withdraw the entire deposited amount with accrued interest lying in the credit of M.C.O.P.Nos.881 & 882 of 2010 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal(I Additional District & Sessions Court), Tiruppur.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent/Insurance Company has no objection in allowing the petitions.
3. Hence, both the petitions are allowed. The petitioners being the claimants are permitted to withdraw the entire deposited amount lying in the credit of M.C.O.P.Nos.881 & 882 of 2010 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal(I Additional District & Sessions Court), Tiruppur, with proportionate accrued interest and costs without making any formal application seeking permission.
