ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police once in a month i.e. the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.3193 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.33061 of 2019 dated 12.03.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the conditions.

4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.3193 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.33061 of 2019 dated 12.03.2020. is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
