This Petition has been filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased 3 to 5 as respondents 4 to 6 in S.A.No.1292 of 2010.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents undertake to file vakalat for the proposed respondents and submitted that he has no objection to carryout the amendment.

3.Registry is directed to carryout the amendments and list the matter on 19.08.2024.
