On being not satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this miscellaneous petition is dismissed.

2.However, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner is directed to file certified copy of the order dated 16.02.2022 passed in C.C.No.6 of 2020 on the file of the Special Court for TNPID Offences, Chennai in due course. If it is filed, the Registry is directed to number the revision, if it is otherwise in order.
