ORDER

Heard Mr.S.Doraisamy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.V.Selvakumar, learned counsel, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and with their consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to furnish the Online Website I.D. for the E-Tenders Limited, Tender Notice in Z.O.II.Na.Ka.No.E1/173/2016 dated 12.01.2016 on the file of the second respondent to the petitioner for participating in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

tender to be held on 25.01.2016.

3. The petitioner seeks for furnishing the Online Website I.D. to enable the petitioner to participate in the E.Tender. This Court, prima facie is satisfied the non furnishing of the Online Website I.D. to the petitioner was not justified.

4. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation sought for pass over of the matter to get instructions today.

5. The Officers of the Corporation are present in Court and they stated that by today evening the petitioner will be given Online Website I.D. to enable him to participate in the E.Tender.

6. The undertaking given by the Officers before this Court is placed on record. The respondents are directed to furnish Online Website I.D. to the petitioner by today evening.

7. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
