Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records of the first respondent proceedings dated 30.04.2012 so far as to the recruitment of Technical Assistant and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner as per the Award dated 28.04.2010 passed in I.D.No.155 of 2006.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner made a submission that the only benefit now the workman can sought for is to count the services rendered with the previous employer by initiating appropriate action.

2.In this regard, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that the petitioner has chosen to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to redress his grievances regarding the count of his past services.
