By consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.Heard Mr.V.Raghavachari, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Gunasekaran, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 3.

3.The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition for issuance of Writ of mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to dispose of the appeal dated 6.9.2007 on the file of the 2nd respondent and the consequential representations dated 18.6.2009, 22.6.2009, 16.11.2009 26.6.2013 and 9.2.2015 on the file of the respondents. 4.It is seen from the materials placed before this Court that the Appeal filed by the petitioner's wife Tmt.S.Shanbaga Sundari dated 16.11.2011, was directed to be enquired into by the second respondent and in turn the second respondent called for a report from the third respondent vide communication in O.Mu.3052/09/A2 dated .. 12.2009.

5.Since the matter is now pending before the authority, second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.02.2015, by taking note of the facts pleaded therein and issue notice to the petitioner as well as to the fourth respondent and after hearing the parties and perusing the documents placed by them, shall pass a speaking order on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
