Heard Mr.K.S.Karthik Raja, learned counsel for the petitioner and the Mr.S.Gunasekaran, learned Government Advocate for the respondent. With the consent of either side the Writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner has challenged the notice issued by the respondent calling him to attend the enquiry at 11.00.a.m on 20.03.2015.

The Petitioner states that he is unaware for what purpose he has been summoned and what are the property documents he has to be produced and what is the survey number of property. Therefore, the petitioner has sent a legal notice on 11.03.2015 to the respondent.

From the postal endorsement made, it is seen that the respondent has refused to receive the legal notice. On a perusal of the impugned notice, it is seen that it is bereft of the particulars.

In the light of the above, the Writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to issue fresh notice to the petitioner as well as two other persons namely 1) C.Narayanasamy, S/o.Chinnappan and 2) C.Vellingiri, S/o.Chinnappan, clearly mentioning as to what is the purpose of the enquiry and what are the properties for which the documents has to be produced, etc., and it is open to the respondent to fix fresh date of hearing. Conseqently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
