This petition is filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest in crime No.328 of 2022, on the file of the respondent.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that earlier petitioner was granted anticipatory bail on 10.08.2022, in Crl.O.P.No.18867 of 2022. But, he could not execute the bond, thereby, the anticipatory bail got dismissed.
Hence, this second anticipatory bail petition.
3.When already anticipatory bail was granted, second anticipatory bail petition cannot be maintained and thus, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
