The petitioner seeks for the following relief: direct the official respondents to cancel the patta in Patta in Patta No.27 stand in the name of 5th respondent and Patta No.49 stands in the name of the 6th respondent and issue fresh patta for the properties comprised in old Survey No. 296/2, now new Survey No. 296/2B and 296/2D to an extent of 17 cent and old Survey No. 296/3, now New Survey No. 296/3A and 296/3B to an extent of 34 cents situated at Elangadu village, Valavanur, Villupuram District by

considering the petitioners representation dated 02.08.2021.

2. Ms.R.L.Karthika, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submits that the Revenue Divisional Officer has completed the enquiry and will pass orders within a period of four weeks from today.

3. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
