This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, No.III at Poonamalle to dispose the case in S.C.No.79 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible. 1/4

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, accused in S.C.No.79 of 2023 are not appearing before the Court. Therefore, the case is pending without any progress. Therefore, present petition is filed.

3. The perusal of the daily status dated 13.06.2023 shows that, A1 to A5 were present on that day. Mr.P.Govindarajan undertook to file vakalat for A1 to A5.

4. Thus, it appears that, all the accused are present. Therefore, this Court directs the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Poonamalle to expedite the trial and dispose the case in S.C.No.79 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Origianl Petition is disposed of.
