(CRIME NO.3262/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Hon'ble Court dated 14.07.2021 in Crl.MP.No.6814 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.2508 of 2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S A.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 22.02.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 22.02.2021 alone stands modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police fortnightly i.e., on 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30 am, till filing charge sheet and thereafter, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court on each and every hearing dates at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
