Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to merge 97% of Dearness allowance with the pay for the purpose of emoluments for calculating Death/Retiremental Gratuity to the petitioners who retired between 01.07.1993 and 31.03.1995 and pay the arrears DCRG to the petitioners and other benefits.
