O R D E R
The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the order passed by the Writ Court in W.P.No.34571 of 2023 dated 19.12.2023 has been complied with, since the representation of the petitioners has been considered and rejected, through proceedings in Government Letter No.E2821/H1/2024 1-10 dated 05.09.2024.
2.In view of the said submission, the disobedience alleged against the respondents cannot be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the rejection order in accordance with law.
