Writ Petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the respective affidavits filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the third respondent and quash the order dated 24/02/2014 made in I.A. No.256 of 2014 in A.I.R. No.93 of 2014 and thereby direct the first respondent to return the title deeds in respect of the property at No.10/1E, Vinayagar Koil Street, Nehru Nagar, Kalapatti, Coimbatore - 641 014 as per the direction of the Learned Debts Recovery Tribunal dated 21/12/2012 made in S.A. No.75 of 2011 (WP.No.12432 of 2014) Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.CHRISTOPHER KISHORE VINCENT, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.GOWTHAMA NARAYANAN, Advocate for the 1st Respondent, the court made the following order:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

By letter dated 15.03.2022, the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal sought time to comply with the order dated 17.09.2021 on the ground that the Appellate Tribunal was not functional in the absence of the Chairperson.

Finding reasons, the time to comply with the direction given in paragraph 4 of the order dated 17.09.2021 is extended by four months from the date of communication of this order to the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal.

Registry is directed to send a copy of this order to the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, so that within the extended period, the compliance of the order would be made.
