Mr.R.Vijayakumar, AGP COMMON ORDER Heard Mr.A.G.Rajan, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader accepting notice on behalf of the respondent and with their consent, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself. Since the issue involved in these writ petitions is one and the same, the writ petitions are disposed of by the following common order. 2.The petitioners have filed the present writ petitions seeking direction upon the 2nd respondent to consider their representations dated 21.06.2014 for grant of patta.

3.In the said representations, there is no reference to the patta number of the petitioners' vendors. Further, in the typed copy of the Sale Deeds dated 07.02.1994 ; 19.04.1995 and 25.04.1994, the patta numbers of the petitioners' vendors have not been mentioned. Even in the Kisth receipts produced before this Court, there is no reference to any patta numbers. Therefore, unless and until the petitioners produces the pattas granted in favour of the petitioners' vendors and other supportive records, no positive direction can be issued as sought for by the petitioner.

4.Accordingly, while declining to grant the relief as sought for by the petitioners, a direction is issued to the petitioners to produce all relevant records and appear before the 2nd respondent, who shall consider the same and pass orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

5.The writ petitions are disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
