This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 37 days in filing the Criminal Revision against the order dated 05.11.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.169 of 2022 in M.C.No.535 of 2017 on the file of the VII Additional Family Court, Chennai.

2. The respondent filed a detailed counter wherein the respondent has gone to the merits of the main case.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
