Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to enquire into the allegations stated by the petitioner in his letter dated 13.08.2014 against the respondents 3 and 4 and take action as per law against the respondents 3 and 4 for their inaction on the complaint dated 19.07.2014 lodged by the petitioner.

ORDER
When the matter was listed for hearing on 12.04.2023, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Thus, this Court passed an order, directing the Registry to list the matter on 17.04.2023 under the caption "For Dismissal".
2. Even today, i.e. 17.04.2023, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the petitioner. Thus, it is evident that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. There will be no order as to costs.
