ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to accept the petitioner's voluntary retirement scheme application No.0046 dated 21.03.2014, in the light of the circular issued by the second respondent.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to efflux of time, the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
