J U D G M E N T

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed to set aside the Order dated 11.10.2013 made in MCOP.No.119 of 2012, on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Sub Court) Perundurai.

2. The learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that this Court in CMA.No.1636 of 2019 filed by the claimants in the similar MCOP.No.119 of 2012 has allowed the appeal in part on 06.03.2019 and hence this connected appeal has become infructuous.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
