ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested on 23.07.2021 and remanded to judicial custody for the offences under Section 341, 294(b),336,397 and 506(ii) of I.P.C in Crime No.770 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused robbed Rs.650 at knife point from the defacto complainant. Hence, the law enforcing registered a case against the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no way connected with the alleged offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case and the petitioner has been in jail from 23.07.2021. Therefore, he prays to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that there are seven previous cases pending against the petitioner and the petitioner is a history sheet holder holding H.S.No.02 of 2018. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a history sheeted rowdy and there are seven previous cases pending against him, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
