By consent of both parties, the Writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the first and second respondents to dispose of his representation dated 28.05.2018.
3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 28.05.2018, seeking for issuance of patta, but, the same is yet to be disposed of by the respondents 4 to 6. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.
4. Heard Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation, directs the fifth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.05.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice and also affording due an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of five weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
