Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue WRIT OF CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS, calling for all the connected and relevant records relating to the order of suspension dated 09.04.2014 passed by the third respondent against the petitioner in his proceedings F.vz; 766gh2-m/tp/ng/f-g[Jit-14 and quash the same and direct the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to reinstate the petitioner in service with full back wages, continuity of service and all other attendant benefits.
