[689 sq.ft.].

Heard Mr. K.G.Punniyakotti, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, accepting notice on behalf of the respondents and with their consent, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.
2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition praying for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider his representation dated 25.11.2014, transfer the patta inthe name of the petitioner in respect of Plot No.183/1 [Part] in Peerkankaranai village, Tambaram Taluk, Kancheepuram District, measuring 64 sq.m. [689 sq.ft.]. 3.As on date, the patta stands in the name of Tmt. Neenjali, W/o.Sivanandham. This has been accepted by the petitioner in his representation dated 25.11.2014. However, the said Tmt.Neenjali, has not been impleaded as a respondent in this writ petition. Hence, no https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
direction as sought for, can be granted. However, this will not prevent the petitioner from approaching the 2nd respondent by way of a fresh petition impleading Neenjali as a respondent in the said petition. If such petition is filed by the petitioner by impleading proper and necessary parties before the 2nd respondent along with a copy of this order, the 2nd respondent shall consider the same on merits and in accordance with law, after notice to the parties and after hearing them in person and thereafter, pass orders as expeditiously as possible.
4.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
