Claiming title to the property situate in Survey No.927/1B of Thiyaranadurgam Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District and seeking the issue of patta to that effect, the petitioner has come forward with this petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. It appears that patta, as of now, stands in the name of the fourth respondent. Thereafter, the petitioner made representation on 02.02.2015 seeking cancellation of the same based upon title. In the counter filed by the third respondent, it is stated that before the enquiry could be conducted and the matter is decided, the petitioner has rushed to this Court. Considering the same, the third respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry by affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent and pass appropriate orders, on merits and as per law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
