C.M.P.Nos.14889 and 14892 of 2021 have been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole revision petitioner viz., S.Krishnasamy in the CRP and to bring on record the petitioners 2 to 5 and 3rd respondent in the C.M.Ps., the legal heirs of the sole revision petitioner, as revision petitioners 2 to 5 and 3rd respondent in the C.R.P.

2.Mr.M.Mariappan, the learned counsel, who is representing for the respondents 1 and 2, submitted that the petitioners have given up the 3rd respondent and the respondents 1 and 2 have no objection for allowing these petitions.

3.In view of the no objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, these C.M.Ps. are ordered.

4.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the C.R.P. and list the C.M.P.No.14887 of 2021 in C.R.P.(NPD)No.1444 of 2016 next week.
