2. C.M.P.No.5250 of 2016 has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act to condone the delay of 818 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 4th respondent Arumugam in the Second Appeal and the other two Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the fourth respondent Arumugam and to bring on record as the 4th respondent Arumugam in the above Second Appeal.
3. Mr.T.Seenevasan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection for the petitions.
4. Since the learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection, all the three petitions are allowed.
