This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondent to take action against the 3rd Respondent by complaint dated 12.05.2023.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, 3rd respondent has damaged the wall of the petitioner's house. Therefore, he gave a complaint against the 3rd respondent. Since, no action was taken, present petition is filed.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.379 of 2023.
4.In view of the above submissions, this Court directs the respondent police to take appropriate action on the complaint dated 12.05.2023 in the manner known to law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

5. With the above observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
