ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) On the earlier occasion, this Court has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner with a condition to pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- to the Chief Minister's Public Relief Fund through the Indian Overseas Bank within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready and the list this matter for reporting compliance on the next hearing, i.e. On 3.12.2020. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to financial crisis, he is not able to deposit the same within the time limit prescribed by this Court, therefore, he prays this Court to grant extension of time of two weeks to comply the order of this Court made in Crl.OP.No.17810 of 2020, dated 10.11.2020.

3. Considering the request made by the petitioner, this Court is extend the time to comply the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.17810 of 2020, dated 10.11.2020, for a period of two https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
