ORDER

The prayer made in this writ petition is to issue a direction to respondents 1 & 2 to provide police protection and evict all the employees who are illegally remaining inside the factory premises of the Petitioner at Irrungattukottai.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that due to efflux of time, the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication herein.
