ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking production of the detenu.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced the records to show that the detenue being a major, is at present living with the third respondent and his parents, to the knowledge of the petitioner and has informed to him in the enquiry conducted. Pursuant to the enquiry, the complaint was closed. 4.In such view of the matter, we do not find any illegal detention involved. Accordingly, this habeas corpus petition stands closed.
