Mr.Venkatesh, representing Mr.C.S.Srinivasan, Learned Counsel on record for the Revision Petitioner and Mr.Pravesh, representing Mr.P.B.Ramanujam, Counsel on record for the respondent in CRP.No.527 of 2022 are before this Court.

2. Both sides counsel submit that the Petitioner has vacated and handed over the possession to the respondent, subsequently EP.No.185 of 2022 was terminated on 28.02.2023.

3. In view of the subsequent developments, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
