ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the concerned records from the 1st respondent, quash the order of the 1st respondent Labour Court dated 17.04.2014 in unnumbered I.A./2014 in I.D.No.85 of 2013 and consequently direct the 1st respondent Labour Court to defer/keep in abeyance of the cross examination of WW1 till the evidence of the petitioner is over in I.D.No.85 of 2013 and also permit the petitioner management to let in evidence to prove the misconduct committed by the 2nd respondent herein in I.D.No.85 of 2013. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has been amicably settled Page No.2/4

between the parties and in support of his submission, he filed joint compromise memo dated 21.01.2023 signed by both the parties. 3.In view of the Comprise Memo entered between the parties, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as settled out of the Court. The above Compromise Memo shall form part and parcel of the order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
