JUDGMENT

The suit has been laid for the following reliefs: (i)to pass a preliminary decree for partition of the suit A and B schedule property into two equal parts by metes and bounds and allot one such share to the plaintiffs. (ii)to grant a consequential injunction restraining the defendants, their men, agents, subordinates or anybody https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

claiming through them from in any manner alienating or dealing with the suit A and B schedule property till such time the partition is effected by metes and bounds among the plaintiff and defendants.

(iii)to direct the defendants to render accounts towards the business left over by the Janab Abdul Rahman. (iv)to award costs of the proceedings 2.Learned counsel for the plaintiffs seeks permission to withdraw the suit and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the plaintiffs, the civil suit is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected application is closed.
