When the matter was called on 11.07.2017, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that they have already given change of Vakalat. Therefore, this Court directed the office to verify as to whether any change of Vakalat has been filed and if so, to print the name of the new counsel and if not, to print the name of the petitioner. Thereafter, when the matter was called on 14.07.2017, name of the new counsel was not printed and only the name of previous counsel as well as the name of the petitioner were printed. None appeared on behalf of the petitioner except the erstwhile counsel. Hence, this Court was constrained to post the matter " For Dismissal". When the matter is called today, there is no representation made on behalf of the ex-counsel and no one appears on behalf of the petitioner, inspite of the fact that the petitioner's name has been printed.
