ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records of the 1st Respondent in charge memo No.E2/34029/2014, dated 6.2.2015 and to quash the same.

2. This court heard the learned counsel on either side and also perused the materials placed on record.

3. In the counter filed by the Respondents, in paragraph 3, it is stated as under:- "3. I submit that challenging the same the writ petitioner has filed the above writ petition. After filing of the above writ petition, the said vigilance Department had also forwarded the said complaint received from the principal of the said training centre to the first Respondent herein. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Upon going through the same, the 1st Respondent is directed to the Joint Commissioner concerned to instruct the second Respondent herein to withdraw the impugned order. "

4. In view of the said statement made in the counter, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected MP is closed.
